The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional, especially at the customer service desk. The restaurant served excellent dishes for evening meals. The location was marvelous and gorgeous, perfect for walking around the Wilderness Access Center.

Great location just a short walk to the Nenana River waterfront. I stayed for one night and had dinner at the lobby restaurant. 👍

I was not impressed. Not clean. Cheap bed. Poor design. Had to move out second night although I planned to stay longer.

We loved our stay at this exceptional and exceptionally comfortable hotel. The staff, especially at the customer service desk, were very amiable and helpful. The hotel's central location by the river was perfect, and we also enjoyed having a lobby restaurant nearby.

Too many stairs to room and parking. Somewhat difficult for someone with mobility issues. Booked King room and got double beds !

The hotel is ideal and spotless, with competent staff and fantastic views of the mountains outside. The recently refurbished room is well-equipped and has a private bathroom with a shower and hair dryers. The bagged breakfast offers a huge variety of good food. It's a great way to end our trip.

This place is located in a quiet area, away from the crowds at Glitter Gulch and the big hotels. The hotel is also close to the river and has a restaurant and coffee shop nearby. 🌄

The location of the hotel is magnificent, and the staff, especially at the customer service desk, are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant provided great evening meals, and the bedding and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained. The hotel was conveniently located close to Denali National Park and the local shopping strip. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I actually stayed at the Denali Grande and was surprised when I arrived at the Bluffs and was told I was upgraded. The food was excellent as well as the wonderful view we got from our room.\ Thank you to all of you for making our stay memorable.

Convenient location, easy walk or shuttle to nearby attractions. Great selection at the restaurant and cafe for snacks and lunches. Helpful staff at tour desk. Clean and comfortable river view room with balcony seating. a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location near Kantishna Gallery was perfect. It was convenient being close to a bus stop. The staff were very eager to help, and the breakfast was good. The room was nicely furnished and a decent size, just as I expected.

The hotel offers timely shuttle services to n fro from the bus and train stations and to most locations in and around the town. The staff is friendly and happy to arrange your transport services and advice on the different walking trails around denali. Most day tours also have a pick up from the hotel. Denali bluffs has a good restaurant which we ate at although it is open only for breakfast and dinner. But they are happy to arrange your shuttle to their sister hotel - denali grande whose restaurant n bar is open all day and which offers phenomenal views of the tapestry. The hotel is nestled in the hills which lets you soak in the quiet atmosphere and fresh air of denali.

very strict about their check out time of 10 am. Although we did get our room upon arrival at 12.30 pm upon arrival even though their checkin time is 3 pm.

Besides, the location was great and gorgeous for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Wilderness Access Center. What's more, it was just off the restaurant in the evening, the gift shop for 3/ $ 29.99 and hill from the downtown...
